Know your body

Most people when they want to lose weight or get in better shape start eating less and exercising more. The problem with this philosophy is that most people do not work out correctly, and even less eat correctly. To be serious, who wants to eat lettuce all the time? I love a good salad but I love beef too. A nice meal I created this afternoon for lunch consisted of beef sirloin nuggets; onion, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes sauteed in grapeseed oil, cooking sherry, clove, sage, basil, and marjoram layered over pasta and cabbage on the side for a delish dish that was also completely usuable by my body and nutritious. Some people when losing weight can eat chocolate, some can't. Knowing the foods that interact well with your blood type and chemical make up can go a long way to eating a healthy tasty diet. MMMMM MMMM good. So be like me and a get a Physical Trainer at a gym, if here in Charlotte I recommend the staff at Urban Active Fitness. ALso, get a good set of waterless cookware, I prefer Townecraft and will be back selling again soon.
