How, When, and What to Eat
Growing up, we were taught cereal, toast, fruit for breakfast. Or maybe at your house you got to eat greasy eggs, bacon,etc. Well, in order to burn fat you need carbs in your breakfast. Carbs are the fuel that your body uses to burn fat. Without them, your body starts to eat away at your muscle, so you lose weight but still have a gut, or big thighs, man boobs, etc. What I eat for breakfast is pretty simple, I make some pasta, add 4ounces of chicken, beef or fish to the pasta and an individual size package of frozen veggies. Cooking in Townecraft cookware helps, since you do not add any water to the veggies and you can't burn your food. Also, you are cooking at medium till steam rises up and then turn the stove to low heat. leave the pre cooked pasta, meat, and veggies cook for about 20 minutes and then eat.
