Proper Hydration
I equate proper hydration for the human body to proper inflation of a car tire. Have you ever driven on underinflated tires? Well, if you have then you would know that by not having the proper air pressure the tire slags, slowing the car down, and causing you to burn more fuel. When dehydrated, your body shuts down. WHat this means is that your normal bodily functions that promote digestive health, and getting rid of toxins starts to become lax. The result is you get fatter and more sluggish and downright almost lethargic. The cure drink plenty of just plain water. A gallon to a gallon of half a day should do; unless of course you are working out or active then drink more. Replacing your fluids with soda, Gatorade, kool aid and the like in time can cause your body to not just slow down but these empty calorie products also helps one to absorbs too many calories. A soda a day can add up to a pound of fat in a month.....
